SAM - Spin angular momentum (Спиновый момент импульса)
Really, no physicists are ready to review spin tensor
-- Physical Review A
01-Aug-2017 Dear Dear Dr. Khrapko,
-- We are sorry to inform you that your manuscript
AH11359 “Dielectric absorbs spin of an infinite plane wave”
http://khrapkori.wmsite.ru/ftpgetfile.p ... dule=files
is not considered suitable for publication in Physical Review A. A strict criterion for acceptance in this journal is that manuscripts must convey new physics. To demonstrate this fact, existing work on the subject must be briefly reviewed and the author must indicate in what way existing theory is insufficient to solve certain specific problems. Then it must be shown how the proposed new theory resolves the difficulty. Your paper does not satisfy these requirements, hence we regret that we cannot accept it for publication.
-- Dear Dr. Khrapko,
This is in reference to your appeal on the above-mentioned paper.
Dear Author, I have to say that I completely agree with the conclusion of Mark Saffman, Associate Editor. I regret, but OBVIOUSLY(!) your manuscript does not meet the requirements of the Physical Review A. Yours sincerely, Vladimir Korobov
-- Author's answer:
Dear Editor in Chief of the APS,
I request that the case be reviewed by the Editor in Chief of the APS, as it is provided with the Editorial Policies and Practices.
This is in reference to unfair double rejections
of my paper AH11359 “Dielectric absorbs spin of an infinite plane wave”.
There was no scientific review of this paper. The message of Mark Saffman is a cliché
. It does not concern this paper at all. In this way, the Editors conceal the contradiction
between nowadays concept of electrodynamics spin and the Sadowsky and Poynting’s theory, which is confirmed experimentally and theoretically and is stated in textbooks.
I contest the Mark Saffman’s allegation
that the manuscript does not convey new physics. Contrary, this paper, for example, refute the nowadays delusion
that the spin density is proportion to gradient of the energy density.
I ask you to review this paper.
